Dispatcher (New Jersey)
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Remote Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will ensure efficient coordination and scheduling of deliveries and services, track and report order status, and liaise with drivers and customers to ensure exceptional service.
This role requires excellent communication skills, advanced proficiency in English, and a strong background in coordinating logistics or similar roles.
As a Remote Dispatcher, you will handle various operational tasks including managing orders, coordinating schedules, tracking deliveries, and resolving any arising issues.
IMPORTANT: This role requires immediate availability. ADVANCED ENGLISH IS MANDATORY FOR THIS POSITION.
Technical knowledge & skills required
- Advanced English Knowledge: upper intermediate, advanced, or proficient.
- Experience in dispatching or logistics coordination: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to quickly understand and resolve issues related to deliveries and scheduling.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and route optimization software.
- Familiarity with tracking and reporting order status, and liaising with drivers and customers.
