Engineering Administrative Assistant (New Jersey)
Job Description
This position is for an assistant with a background in engineering or construction. An individual who is organized, fast-paced, and possesses the ability to meticulously review and check reports from team members.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates with exceptional grammar and detail-oriented skills, particularly in reviewing specialized engineering reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing specialized reports from engineers for grammar, errors, and other discrepancies.
- Performing administrative and assistant duties for Civil Engineers.
- Communicating effectively with Project Managers and team members.
- Following up on reports to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Engaging in effective communication with clients.
- Managing formats as per client requirements.
- Overseeing and designing workflows for report submissions.
Technical knowledge & skills required
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Possession of a reliable computer for work.
- Demonstrated speed in learning and articulation.
- Attention to detail in reviewing and checking documents.
