Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to emails and phone calls.
  • Organize and set up meetings.
  • Maintain an updated contact list.
  • Draft customer spreadsheets and manage online records.
  • Execute administrative duties.
  • Manage and update managers’ schedules.
  • Conduct market research initiatives.
  • Design presentations based on given criteria.
  • Address and resolve administrative concerns.

Technical knowledge & skills required

  • Full fluency in English (Mandatory).
  • Reliable Internet connection.
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with modern tech tools like desktop sharing, cloud platforms, and VoIP.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related software.
  • Knowledge of online scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar.

Soft skills required

  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Efficient time management.
  • Excellent organizational aptitude.
