Civil engineer Project Manager (Florida)
Job Description
This position is for a remote Civil engineer with experience in civil package plans (Grading, Siteplan, existing and proposed conditions) related field (Commercial or residential NOT industrial) with experience in Civil 3D willing to manage a team of civil engineers.
NOTE* – At least three years of experience in project management and knowledge in construction is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervision of other civil engineers.
- Effective communication with the client.
- Follow up with vendors, employees, companies.
- Prepare and send daily reports of the team.
- Read and interpret specialized survey drawings and engineering plans.
- Review KPIs for the team.
- Review projects from team related to gradings, stormwater design, surveying and related areas.
- Propose solutions to daily task from the engineering team.
- Management of formats given by the client.
Technical knowledge & skills required
- Understanding of drainage/sewer systems.
- Knowledge in Civil 3D.
- Management and design of workflows.
- Google Suite: Google Drive, Corporate Gmail, Docs, Sheets.
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
Soft skills required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work demands.
Desirable knowledge & skills
- Experience in engineering projects carried out in the US.
- Familiarity with U.S codes.
- Knowledge in EPANET, Hydrocad, Stormwater analysis softwares, SewerGEMs is a plus.
