Revit Renderist Architect (New York)
Job Description
We’re seeking a dedicated Revit Renderist Architect to join our team. This role demands a detail-
oriented individual with an eye for design, who can adeptly manage design concepts and ensure
the high quality and consistency of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete architectural drawings in Revit with minimal oversight.
- Coordinate effectively with other designers and engineers as necessary.
- Review project inputs, understand the scope, and plan accordingly.
- Create and manage custom Revit families when required.
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading architectural drawings such as floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Showcase high-level skills with V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, and similar tools.
- Hold experience with render farms and producing top-tier architectural renders.
Technical knowledge & skills required
- A professional degree in Architecture.
- A minimum of 3 years of architectural experience.
- Expertise in Revit, 3D modeling, and rendering software.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office suite.
- Able to hand sketch designs and concepts.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
