Key Responsibilities
- Attend to emails and phone calls.
- Organize and set up meetings.
- Maintain an updated contact list.
- Draft customer spreadsheets and manage online records.
- Execute administrative duties.
- Manage and update managers’ schedules.
- Conduct market research initiatives.
- Design presentations based on given criteria.
- Address and resolve administrative concerns.
Technical knowledge & skills required
- Full fluency in English (Mandatory).
- Reliable Internet connection.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar capacity.
- Familiarity with modern tech tools like desktop sharing, cloud platforms, and VoIP.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related software.
- Knowledge of online scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar.
